A B2B industrial automation client with strong content held back by a weak technical foundation. The material deserved to rank; the structure hid it.
What we did
- Technical rebuild of the site structure
- Internal-link architecture rebuilt around the commercial pages
- Target-phrase mapping against specification-led intent
- Position tracking across the full keyword set, reported monthly
What happened
Organic sessions rose 86% in one month after the rebuild. Average position moved from 16.3 to 10.6 in three months, and “turnkey automation systems” went from unranked to position 3.
The honest read
Structure released value that already existed. The same work on a thin site would have moved very little — structure alone will not rescue thin content, and a result this fast says as much about what the client had already built as about what we rebuilt.
Client described rather than named, and all figures are reported exactly as recorded at the time.
