A premium healthcare provider serving high-net-worth patients, a category increasingly decided by AI recommendation engines and search validation before a patient ever calls.
What we did
The programme was built for how the category is now discovered: SEO and AI visibility together, with keyword expansion against condition, treatment and validation intent, and content structured for citation by AI recommendation engines as well as ranking. Pipeline attribution was modelled, and reported as a model.
What happened
8.04 average positions gained in month one, clicks up 34%, 2,553 keywords ranking, and 150% more sales-qualified leads inside four weeks. Attributed pipeline revenue reached $723k in month one, rising to $1.4m by month three.

The honest read
“Attributed” is doing honest work in that sentence. Pipeline attribution is a model, and models estimate, the leads and the rankings are counted directly, while the revenue figures inherit the assumptions of the attribution window behind them. We report both, labelled as what they are.
Client described rather than named, and all figures are reported exactly as recorded at the time.
